When entering DNA data, I had been adding the links manually in the Common Ancestor Fact Note.
However, entering two URLs in a Note causes havoc!
Done in the wrong order you can end up with one rubbing out the other. I found it much safer to add one separately afterwards when entering DNA data, so when I am adding the Family Group from FH it has been added to Auto Type 3 and Auto Type 4 becomes the entry button for the Linked URL.
Similarly, I have put The Text from Source pane after the Note pane for the Citation-specific details on Source Records.

It selects Automatic and closes the Note.
